Orders can be cancelled before they enter the shipping stage. Please contact our support team immediately or create a help ticket for urgent cancellations.

After placing an order you will receive a confirmation message via SMS or WhatsApp on the phone number provided at checkout. You can also check your order status on the Track Order page.

We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging with tags intact. You can initiate a return through our Help Ticket system on the Returns page.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days within major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad) and 5-7 working days for other areas across Pakistan.

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We are working on expanding our services to international customers soon.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit cards, and Bank Transfers for all orders across Pakistan.

COD is available for most cities and towns across Pakistan. During checkout, you will be informed if COD is not available for your specific area.
